Sanyam is a Partner and Designated Partner at Virevon Global Advisory LLP. He is a Chartered Accountant with over ten years in practice across direct tax, indirect tax and audit.
Much of that decade has been spent alongside listed companies, where the reporting calendar is fixed and the standard of documentation is not negotiable. That is the standard he brings to every file. A substantial part of his practice is with non-resident Indians — residential status, income from property and investments in India, withholding on remittances, and the returns and forms that follow from each.
Within the firm he leads indirect tax advisory, compliance design, and financial reporting and management information for growing businesses.

Avinash Bhatt is an entrepreneur and tax professional who has founded AAA Parijat Business Group and Ible Boom Services Private Limited, and is currently working as Co-Founder of Virevon Global Advisory LLP.
He has hands-on experience in leading GST audit assignments for AAICLAS, participating in statutory audits for Atlas Cycles and ACME Solar, and managing the books of accounts of Levanta Renewables Group for approximately two years, covering group entities across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the UK. He has also managed financials for the Anytime Fitness Group.
His expertise includes GST litigation, GST notices, tax advisory, ROC compliance, NCLT matters, and financial management. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business and an LL.B. with a focus on taxation.
His focus is on delivering practical tax, regulatory, and financial solutions that help businesses manage compliance and navigate complex business challenges.
