We were set up to do a specific thing well: give businesses a single place to take their compliance and their disputes, so that the people who prepare the filings are also the people who defend them.

In practice that means the person preparing your GST reconciliations understands what a departmental officer will look for, and the person drafting your reply to a show-cause notice already knows the underlying records. Most of the disputes we defend originate in filings made three or four years earlier by someone who is no longer at the company. Closing that gap is the whole idea of the firm.

Our work falls into four areas — indirect tax, representation and litigation support, accounting and business support, and corporate and secretarial services. Alongside these, we support the accounting and statutory compliance of overseas entities for clients operating in eight jurisdictions.
